This 2-in-1 safety and survival tool allows you to cut a jammed seatbelt and break the side window to escape through your vehicle's window.
Originally developed for first responders (firefighters, security personnel, police officers...), the safety keychain has become an essential safety solution for all safety-conscious drivers.
How does the safety keychain work?
The window breaker attaches to your keychain and has a detachable clip. In an emergency, pull the tool to separate it from the clip and expose the blade. If the seatbelt is jammed, cut the belt by inserting the blade over it and cutting diagonally.
To break the window, press the black cylindrical head firmly against the corner of the window and a steel point will be released, breaking the glass. The survival keychain does not work on front windshields. It is only effective on tempered glass commonly used for car door side windows.
Can the window breaker be reused?
Yes! The seatbelt cutter and window breaker is designed to be used more than once.
The spring-loaded steel point automatically resets and can be used multiple times. The blade of the keychain is very durable and can easily perform multiple cuts.
