Can I use it immediately after installation?

Once the phone holder is installed, please wait 12 hours before using it to allow its stabilizer to fully adhere.

How does the magnet work?

Since your phone is metal, it will automatically stick to the magnet on the holder.  If you have a phone case, we provide a metal sheet that you can attach to the phone case.

Does the metal sheet interfere with wireless charging?

Not at all!  Wireless charging will still work, but it is recommended to place the plate at the bottom, horizontally.  Therefore, it does not interfere with wireless charging positioned in the middle of your phone.

Will the magnet work if I have a phone case?

Yes!  If your phone case is plastic, you can use the included iron sheet for a stronger hold.

How long will this mount last?

The mount can last 3 to 5 years.
